COVID-19 In-Office Visit Policy

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 crisis, we ask that you abide by the following policy when coming to our office.

  • Please arrive for your appointment no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.

  • When you arrive, enter the building using code 19041 and then send us a text message at (720) 449-2499 to let us know you have arrived. Your doctor will meet you at our front door.

  • In the interest of minimizing patient contact in the waiting room, we ask that only one parent or adult accompany any of our patients. Parents or anyone accompanying patients to the appointment is now permitted to wait in the waiting room.

  • Please wear a mask/face covering to your appointment. A mask that covers your face must be worn during your entire appointment. We will try to have masks available to patients without masks; however, we may not have these available due to the high demand for PPE, and we ask that you bring your own if possible.

  • You will be asked to either wash or sanitize your hands upon arrival at our office.

  • All visitors will have their temperature tested through a touchless system.

  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 within the two (2) weeks before your appointment or have had contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within the two (2) weeks before your appointment, please do not come to the office.  Call us, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • If you feel ill or have had symptoms of cough, cold, fever, or difficulty breathing within the seven (7) days prior to your appointment, please do not come to the office.  Call us, and we will be happy to reschedule your appointment.

  • We want to limit cash handling. Please be prepared to pay for copays or other account balances due by credit card at the time of service. You can also pay over the phone by calling our main phone number.

  • As our appointment space is extremely limited, we require a 72-hour cancellation notice.

  • The clinic will continue to be a no-handshake or embrace environment.

The more strictly we adhere to these policies, the more safely we can continue to provide our services to you. We are always concerned about the health of all our patients and especially our at-risk patients. Thank you for your cooperation and for helping us to prioritize the health and safety of all our patients, providers, and community. We look forward to seeing you in our office. If you have any questions about these policies or your appointment, please contact us at (720) 449-2499.

Sincerely,

Rocky Mountain Neuropsychology Consultants
